Work-in of the day

Happy National Oyster Day this August 5th! It's the perfect excuse to celebrate one of nature’s most nutrient-dense, low-calorie superfoods. Though we imagine it’s quite difficult to get hold of oysters in most work places (maybe even the local seafood market?), we thought we’d give you a few facts.

Oysters are antioxidants and fish in anti-inflammatory Omega 3

Oysters are the ultimate dietary source of immune-boosting zinc, and a single serving delivers massive doses of vitamin B12, iron, and selenium for sustained energy and brain health. Packed with high-quality protein, anti-inflammatory omega-3s, and a unique liver-protecting antioxidant called DHMBA, they are as incredibly healthy as they are delicious.

Early Morning Sun

Face to face comms

  • A face to face request is 34 times more effective than an email
